Second Tries...Second Best??

So, today's a Sunday, and Sunday = Church. I don't mean to make it sound so much like a routine, but sometimes that's the only way you can look at it. Something Rose said during the leaders' meeting really hit me just now. Knowing that there are 2 services in YC, and attending both services for my whole lifetime in YC has always set a mindset of having a second chance at experiencing God, a second chance at doing whatever it is I wanted to do in the 1st service, during 2nd service. Somehow that sounds weird...Anyway, now as a Leader, it's not right at all to say that or think that since I have a responsibility to my CG members, and if I miss out on something during CG n things like that, they'll miss out too. Plus, I can't say, "Aiya, I'll try again during 2nd service la..", cause during second, they aren't the same batch of people in CG. Chances are whatever I wanted them to learn from that week won't be repeated during other weeks. So, now's the time for me to really be all I can and am supposed to be every single second.

The new shop in Mid Valley I reeaaaaaaaaalllllllly want to check out once it opens.The sign is so cool.^_^

After around 3 months of not having my maid around, she's finally BACK!!!YAY! I'm not that bratty..Having a maid isn't a must for me, but she's really helpful in so many ways. Plus, she's been with my family for 10 years now. She plays such a big part in my family. I know my siblings were mourning when she first left, especially the 2 younger ones. One thing we especially missed was her COOKING!!!! She arrived home yesterday evening. My sister was so happy. Her happiness is infectious, especially with her goofy laugh =P...3 months without her super spicy cooking in the form of fried rice, curry chicken, curry maggie(trust me,her curry maggie is mouth-watering) and soooooooooooo much more was torture.Chili never tasted the same when she was gone.*sniff sniff* Hahaha..seriously, my friend who can tahan almost any kind of spiciness can't take my maid's chili sotong!! Today I ate more than 2 times what I usually eat everyday.That's saying something....
So, the moral of the story is...=P
appreciating things you have around you la duh...=P hehehe..

Outing with buddies and not-so-buddies

So,today I went to Mid Valley with some of my friends and my friend's friends.It was a little weird since we didn't know some of them there but things turned out ok,but now I think I have to admit Jeremy's theory that girls are scary is kinda true,although I'm one.I think our 'gang' sorta scared the guys.Hmmm...I wonder how?Was it our victory dance with Lenna when we found out our Physics teacher won't be in school the whole of next week?(YES YES YES!!!!)Or maybe it's cause Rachel and I went speed-walking throughout the whole outing.Whatever it was...guess it wasn't classified as normal girl attitude.=P...The most fun thing we did was unleashing our inner child.Hahaha..We played around in Toys 'R' Us.Somehow it really did make me feel younger,not that I'm old.(I'm NOT old!!!)Oh ya..once again..we cacat-ed the 'drums' in the arcade.Play until muscles oso bluging adey...=P wahahhahaha..as if..
