Trust...

Lately I've been pondering a lot on the topic of Trust.There are so many people I trust in my life;my friends mainly.I realised that I always say my parents don't trust me and they don't understand me.Then,I questioned myself, "Do I trust my parents enough for them to trust me back?" That got me thinking.What if I trusted my parents more?I obviously trust my friends way more than my parents.It's weird how we can trust those not related to us more than those who watched us grow since we were infants.That's how I am anyway,I don't know about you.So,I'm challenging myself to open up more to my parents,as awkward as it may be in the beginning,I trust God to help me trust my parents,and my parents,me..

Another Day..

CF was really fun.I really opened up to my friends and teachers in CF and it felt really good.I felt such a connection there today and it just made me spill all my worries to them.Our CF is quite small so it wasn't like I was telling the whole world.We shared about how different our churches were and what made us enjoy being in church.We also talked about how the world viewed Christianity today.It was really refreshing and relieving.I've never felt so safe in school like I did today.God really helped me to just believe in them,to trust that they would help me in more ways than I could ever imagine and they did.Although I'm in a methodist school,at least 75% of the student population are Malays.I always get worried when they ask me about Christianity cause I'm worried I might offend them by accident or say something wrong that might cause a conflict.So,being in CF just made me feel good.Today was one of the longest days in my life...

My friend is weird..

Levina,Tinisha and I were walking to KL Library today.We took a shortcut through the Kementerian Kesihatan route.As we were walking,Levina noticed a cat.Then Tinisha suddenly blurted out,"Eh,the cat looks like a chicken hor?"I was like...wert???O.o???Then she said,"Neh,like in the market the chicken no feather one.Then they bend the chicken legs to the butt.It looks exactly like that wei!!!"Levina and I just kept quiet,or rather we had no idea how to respond to that.
P.S.I highly dislike Physics.(The word hate seemed too harsh)

Today was a really good way of starting the new month.One thing I realise in myself is that I don't appreciate the months that go by in a year as much as I should.Think about it;each month only appears ONCE in ONE year.Then you have to wait the next year for the month to come.It's sort of like birthdays,which if you haven't realised,happens only ONCE every single year.For some people it's ONCE every FOUR YEARS!!I wonder what that feels like?Does it make the person feel more or maybe less special?Birthdays aren't always the greatest day of the year,not to me at least.
Being able to run on a proper track again is sooooooo nice!!I just love running.Well,mostly when I win.=P The adrenaline pumping throughout my whole body.My heart beat racing.My palms start to sweat and the knot in my stomach becomes tighter.Time seems to go by painstakingly slow as I'm waiting for the signal to start.I get agitated and start to fidget,moving so very slightly in fear that the signal might catch me off guard.I stare straight ahead,not bothering to look who my opponents are.On your mark!Get set!GO!!I start pushing myself forward.Legs moving,eyes focused on the path in front of me.There's no sounds,no sights around me.The voices are shut out,all except for the voice in my head.Silently praying as I run.One by one the other runners are forced to try to regain composure as I cut past them.The wind has never felt so good.I push my muscles some more,not letting them settle for pain without the placing I want.Soaring,although it feels like something is trying to pull me back,to stop me from getting furthur ahead.Finally,the finish line.No one else has reached there before me and I jump for joy!Not realising,and not caring how silly I looked with the goofy grin on my face.
